Social Beginnings is a social skills for kids program exclusive to Verbal Beginnings that provides therapeutic opportunities for children to learn and develop social skills with their peers. The curriculum behind the fun is research driven and provides the opportunity for clinicians to monitor your child’s progress during their time in the group. Groups meet weekly throughout the year in various locations around Maryland and children are matched with peers of similar age and skill level. Early Beginnings (Early Intervention Services for ages 2 years to 6 years) - Service is conducted at the Verbal Beginnings Centers
Healthy Beginnings (Feeding Therapy for ages 2 years to 16 years) - Service is conducted at the Verbal Beginnings Centers
In-Home ABA Services (For ages 2 years to 16 years) - Service is provided anywhere in the field including school and daycare, if allowed. In-home services are offered in VA, DC, MD, DE & PA
New Beginnings (Diagnostic services for ages 18 months to 16 years) - Testing is conducted at the Verbal Beginnings Centers
Social Beginnings After School (social skills groups for ages 3 years to 17 years) - Offered in VB centers
Social Beginnings Summer Program (social skills groups for ages 2 years to 17 years)
