Where Families Come First
Client Satisfaction Score
At Verbal Beginnings, we prioritize feedback from parents to continuously improve our services. By regularly asking how we’re doing, we gather valuable insights that shape our client satisfaction score. This score reflects our commitment to ensuring families receive the best possible care and support.
NPS Score
At Verbal Beginnings, we use our Net Promoter Score (NPS) to gauge client satisfaction and loyalty. We’re always striving to improve by listening to feedback and making adjustments that enhance the experience for our families. Our goal is to consistently raise our NPS, ensuring that more clients feel confident in recommending our services to others.
Videos
Verbal Beginnings is so proud to announce that we are making an impact on the ABA world by releasing our own magazine, “ABA Impact by Verbal Beginnings!” Not only will this magazine have information for parents, but it will also include scientific articles written by our own staff on a variety of topics.
From eating tips to insurance advice, this is a magazine you won’t want to put down.
This project is so important to us because it connects to multiple core values that we have built our business on. From dissemination to collaboration and education, we are passionate about being a leader in the ABA world for both clients and therapists. Our motto is to ‘Change Lives. One Child At A Time. One Professional At A Time.’ and this magazine is a key part of how we are executing that mission.
