Verbal Beginnings will investigate and resolve all EEOC and discrimination complaints through the Human Resources Department, Compliance Program, and any state/federal regulatory agencies as appropriate. All corrective and disciplinary actions up to, and including termination from employment, are reviewed through the Compliance Program.
