A Mission of Change and a Commitment to Equality

Verbal Beginnings is deeply committed to our mission of transforming lives, one client and one professional at a time. This unwavering dedication drives us to actively listen, empathize, and take decisive action in support of our community. The tragic and senseless death of George Floyd, along with countless others, has ignited a collective voice that highlights the imperative for change. Our community is hurting, and we refuse to remain silent. We are actively engaged in listening and undertaking meaningful steps to effect positive change. We are diligently charting our path forward, infusing this work into our culture and core values. Education, both for ourselves and others, takes precedence as we strive to instigate necessary changes within our organization and the broader community we serve. At Verbal Beginnings, we are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion within our organization and beyond. To achieve this, we have invested resources and established the Verbal Beginnings Diversity and Inclusion Council. Our aim is to make diversity and inclusion intrinsic elements of Verbal Beginnings, ensuring that our community not only evolves but also serves as an inspiration to others. Through the efforts of the council, we are committed to driving positive change and creating an environment that embraces and celebrates the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences of our team and the individuals we serve.
